Born and raised in Buenos Aries, I moved to London in 1999 to study journalism at City University. I graduated in 2001 with a 2:1 BA (Hons) degree in Journalism and Social Sciences. I then worked as a full-time staff journalist, specialising in technology, broadcasting and audio visual writing for the journals AV Magazine and Advanced Television.
I went freelance in 2010 expanding my technology journal portfolio to include Red Users (Argentina), Lighting and Sound International, InAVate, Risk UK, Connessioni (Italy), DailyDOOH, and Output Magazine.
I also work in corporate communications for technology companies and technology service providers.
Skills
I am passionate about communications through words, design and images. These days we have countless sources of information and distractions. For companies and individuals alike, the most important thing is to get the message across and make a memorable impact.
As a versatile writer, I can turn my pen to any subject, whether it’s writing a special feature for a business-to-business magazine; producing awards entries or drawing up a communication plan for a company – I always bring a fresh perspective to my projects.
I am experienced and comfortable working as part of a team, or independently. My personal communication skills travel well – I am fluent in Spanish and Italian as well as English, and extend to teaching Argentine Tango and Lindy Hop dancing in my spare time.
Interests
My hobbies include Argentine Tango and Lindy Hop social dancing, playing the ukelele and making jams and chutneys. Cycling in spring days is a favourite activity.
